How to Develop a Start-Up?

Generating a great idea, doing what you love most, and being your own boss; these are perhaps some of the things you have in mind before developing your new business.

When I decided to start with Life Consulting Group, the first thing I thought was that I should invest my time and money in a business I already knew about.

I had been wanting to become independent for two years, it was time to take the big step and start my company.

When developing the idea for my start-up, I was always convinced that I would not be a conventional freelance producer, but one who would take great risks, but above all, assume the work with responsibility; simplifying processes. This would streamline processes and optimize time, both actions would generate money.

But what would the company be about? What would I dedicate the rest of my life to?

Once in a meeting, I heard that there was a company that gave advice on communication to direct clients, for example, if a brand had communication problems, they would look for companies to analyze them and tell them if what they needed was to organize a convention or put together an incentive trip, etc.

It’s something like the “middleman”, the one who is in charge of mediating, making contacts and looking for solutions.

How was I going to achieve it? And the human capital?

From the beginning, the idea was that everything would be “low cost”, the maximum investment would be in advertising matters. I would look for young talent, freelancers who would not have to attend a physical place to work.

For LCG, the concept of “supplier” would not exist, but that of BUSINESS PARTNERS. Our objective would be to guarantee them concrete businesses and be their allies, who seek clients for them without generating any extra cost.

The general concept of LCG would encompass a unique company in its field that is responsible for offering SOLUTIONS in different areas: Communication/Marketing, Creativity, Meeting Planning, Production of corporate events and technology in Mexico, USA, Canada and Latin America.
