Oh, dear Google, that solves everything we ask! From an address, a profile, a word in another language, videos, articles, people… in short.
What many of us don’t know is that for YEARS we have been searching the wrong way, that is why once we discovered them we could not stop sharing these tips.
A. Use “quotes”
If you want to search for a specific phrase or statement, put it in quotes. This way the search engine will identify those sites that have this quote.
B. Excluding a word with a hyphen
When you want to find a word that has many synonyms or can be in many categories, use a hyphen followed by the category you want to exclude. For example: you want to search for inception. This is a word, but it is also the name of a movie, so if you are looking for everything about it except the film, you should put: inception -movie
C. Search directly on a site
Google can help you search directly on a site, without having to enter it and browse for hours while searching. All you have to do is put the name of the category followed by the name of the site. events: cnnenespañol.com
D. Similar sites
There are sites that interest us a lot and we want to see if there are others with the same information or format. For that you must write: related: univision
