A good way to attract sales for your products or services is through User Experience or UX Design, which adapts to the user’s needs, thus creating emotions so that your customers classify them as being of higher value.
The User Experience is responsible for creating products according to the needs of end users so that their handling and manipulation is more feasible.
The approach to a User Experience does not have a specific procedure or steps to follow, but it does require the handling of a set of specific techniques and tools.
To carry out an effective User Experience, some points should be considered:
- -Thoroughly know the end users, usually using qualitative research or quantitative research
- -Design a product that solves their needs and fits their capabilities, expectations, and motivations
- -Test the design, using user testing
UX design is related to understanding and designing the user experience from beginning to end and not only the aesthetic aspect and functionalities of a site. A good UX produces a feeling of happiness and makes products and services sell better due to the status of quality created.
It is clear that UX design is not limited to web pages or digital devices; however, it is a term that we can usually find when we want to redesign or launch a website.
UX is complemented by UI (User Interface), which is basically responsible for the graphic part. We cannot talk about a good user experience if we discard the visual part, and that is where the UI comes in; typography, colors, images, size, contrasts, and other elements are essential for a competent experience that determines its effectiveness or failure.
